Product Description

The TOA Electronics IP-A1PG is a PoE-powered IP Paging Gateway that's a game - changer. It takes SIP voice or ONVIF Backchannel audio and turns them into multicast audio streaming, integrating multiple IP Audio devices. It can also stream built - in sound sources or input audio as multicast. Key features include converting various audio types to multicast, a system mute for all IP - A1 series devices in the network, one local audio input with selectable LINE/MIC and adjustable phantom power, 4 control inputs and 1 control output, HTTP command support, storage for 20 audio files (total 80MB, WAV/MP3), and PoE power. Technical specs cover power source (PoE IEEE802.3af Class 3), low power consumption (2.5 W), and much more.

Using the TOA Electronics IP - A1PG is straightforward. First, connect it to your network via the 100BASE - TX RJ45 connector. Power it up using PoE. You can start by converting different audio sources like SIP or ONVIF audio to multicast streaming. For local audio input, select either LINE or MIC as needed and adjust the phantom power. To play internal messages, simply configure the settings for repeat playback, interval, and delay times. When it comes to event broadcasting, set up the actions you want for control inputs. Remember, the operating temperature should be between 0°C and 40°C, and the humidity should be 90% RH or less without condensation. For maintenance, keep the unit clean and ensure the removable terminal plugs are properly connected. If there's a power outage, the unit can retain RTC time for 24 hours at 40°C. Also, you can adjust the time manually or use an NTP server for accurate timekeeping.
