Product Description

The TOA Electronics M-822IOB-AM is a sleek black remote audio input-output panel. It's designed to work exclusively with the M-8080D. This panel offers 2 analog inputs (both MIC and stereo line) and 2 analog outputs. It has built-in A/D and D/A converters to process digital audio AES3 signals from the M-8080D. Key features include phantom power, adjustable input sensitivity, and direct power supply via network cable. It also has an RD port IN for connection to the M-8080D and can use a 100m CAT5e cable. Technical specs show it has a 24V DC power source, +48V DC switchable phantom power for MIC input, a 20 Hz - 20 kHz frequency response, less than 0.01% total harmonic distortion, and over 105 dB (A weighted) S/N ratio. With LED indicators for audio input and output, and excellent crosstalk performance, it's a great choice for audio setups. It can operate in temperatures from 0°C to +40°C (32°F to 104°F), has a polycarbonate + ABS resin panel in white or black, measures 147 W x 86 H x 52 D mm (5.79” W x 3.39” H x 2.05” D), and weighs 0.3 kg.

Using the TOA Electronics M-822IOB-AM is easy. First, connect it to the M-8080D using the RD port IN with a CAT5e cable. You can then connect your audio sources to the MIC or line inputs. Adjust the volume and routing controls as needed. Make sure to keep it in an environment with a temperature between 0°C and +40°C. When it comes to power, it can be powered by the M-8080D, M-804EX, or an external source. If you're using the MIC input, you can switch on the +48V DC phantom power. For maintenance, keep the panel clean and free from dust. Avoid exposing it to moisture or extreme conditions. That way, your audio panel will work well for a long time.
