HALAR (HT) self-extinguishing sleeving is ideal for applications where flammability, high temperature endurance, and low outgassing are crucial. It's braided from 11 mil ethylene chlorotriflouroethylene (ECTFE) copolymer monofilament. Key features include being FAR 25 approved, economical and easy to install, cut and abrasion resistant, expanding up to 150%, resisting gasoline and engine chemicals, with a temperature range from -75°C to 150°C and a melt temperature of 250°C.

Using this tubing is a breeze. Just stretch it over the items you want to protect and it'll expand up to 150% to fit snugly.
