The Reserva NFC Scan Card Scanner for Room Displays is an excellent tool that works with Reserva Room Signs to give you better control over room bookings. Key features include allowing only meeting attendees to check in, shorten, or extend a meeting. When you book a meeting, you're automatically added as an attendee. It's compatible with NFS Rendezvous Workspace, and compatibility with Exchange, Office 365, G Suite, and Google Calendar is in the works.
