The NuBryte Smart Switch Sense|Dim is an amazing smart dimmer switch. With advanced sensor technology, it offers hands - free lighting control. It functions as a motion detector, digital dimmer, infrared and occupancy sensor, as well as a temperature and humidity sensor. When you pair it with the NuBryte Touchpoint console using the NuBryte Link (both sold separately), you can easily and affordably expand your smart home network. You can add this switch to other rooms without a NuBryte Touchpoint console to control lighting, detect motion, and get in - room temperature readings. You can control any light connected to the Smart Switch Sense|Dim via the NuBryte Touchpoint console or your smartphone using the NuBryte App. It has three pushbuttons on the front: an on/off button and dimmer buttons to brighten or dim the light. There's also an LED that glows softly when the lights are off, helping you find the switch in the dark. This switch is ZigBee - enabled and currently only works with other NuBryte devices. The package includes the Smart Switch Sense|Dim, a single switch wallplate, 4 wire connectors, a set of wire labels, 2 screws, and a quick start guide. Key features are extending the home automation network when connected to the NuBryte Touchpoint and NuBryte Link, having a motion sensor for lighting control and security, temperature, humidity and energy tracking sensors, being multiway compatible, supporting dimmable bulbs, using a TRIAC - based dimmer, and having ZigBee connectivity (only for NuBryte devices for now).
Using the NuBryte Smart Switch Sense|Dim is easy. First, install it following the instructions in the quick - start guide. Connect it to the NuBryte Touchpoint console using the NuBryte Link if you want to expand your smart home network. You can control the lights connected to the switch via the NuBryte Touchpoint console or your smartphone with the NuBryte App. Use the on/off button and dimmer buttons on the switch to adjust the light. The motion sensor will automatically turn the lights on when it detects movement, enhancing security. The temperature and humidity sensors can help you keep track of the room's environment. When using, make sure to only connect it to other NuBryte devices as it's currently only ZigBee - compatible with them. For maintenance, keep the switch clean and dry.
