Product Description

The Elite Core PC12-AM-9 is a 9-foot power cable that connects Neutrik PowerCon to an Edison male plug. The PowerCon is a lockable 3-pole AC connector with line, neutral, and premating safety ground contacts. Rated at 20A/250V AC, it comes in color-coded power-in (blue) and power-out (grey) versions with different keying to prevent intermating. The contacts are designed to avoid arc damage when disconnected under load. Professionally assembled in our Elite Core Audio shop, this cable powers various sound and lighting equipment. It features a 300V 12 AWG UL 3-conductor Seoprene heavy-duty black power cord, is CSA, MSHA, and ROHS listed, and is 20 Amp rated. Made in the USA. Also, the Stinger AC Power Extension Cable, assembled in the same shop, is used for powering similar equipment. It has a Heavy Duty Hubble 5266EBK 3-prong male AC plug, a Heavy Duty Hubble 5269EBK 3-prong female AC plug, and a 12/3 SJ listed heavy-duty rubber-coated power cable that is UL, CSA, MSHA, and ROHS compliant.

To use this cable, simply connect the Neutrik PowerCon end to your compatible equipment and the Edison male plug to a power source. This cable is great for powering all sorts of sound and lighting gear. When using, make sure the equipment is turned off before connecting or disconnecting the cable to avoid any electrical issues. Also, don't overload the cable. Since it's rated at 20 Amps, make sure the total current draw of the connected devices doesn't exceed this limit. For maintenance, keep the cable away from sharp objects to prevent cuts. If it gets dirty, you can gently wipe it with a dry cloth. Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use to extend its lifespan.
