The TOA Electronics TS-923 is a top - notch unidirectional microphone designed for the Infrared Conference System's Chairman and Delegate units. It features an illuminated display ring on the mic head, enabling you to quickly check the unit's status. The gooseneck has two flexible parts, allowing you to easily adjust the microphone to the best position. Technical details include an electret condenser microphone type, unidirectional directivity, 1.4 k rated impedance, - 37 dB rated sensitivity at 1 kHz, a red ring - type speech indicator, 100 Hz - 13 kHz frequency response, a combined XLR - 4 - 32 output connector. It can operate in humidity up to 90% RH without condensation. The body is made of black, semi - gloss painted aluminium, and the shaft is a copper alloy with the same finish. It's 470 mm (1.54 ft) long and weighs 130 g (0.29 lb).

Using the TOA Electronics TS - 923 is easy. First, connect it to the appropriate unit in your infrared conference system using the XLR - 4 - 32 output connector.
