Product Description

The Techflex F6 self-wrap sleeve in a sleek black color is a game-changer for cable management. Its unique split and semi-rigid braided design makes installation a breeze. The lateral split enables the tube to open wide, accommodating various bundling needs. The semi-rigid braid closes around the installation without extra fasteners. The 10-mil PET braid is light, quiet, and flexible. With a 25% edge overlap at the nominal diameter, it covers inline plugs, connectors, and splices. It bends tightly without distorting or splitting and doesn't affect harness flexibility. Key features include being more flexible than split convoluted or spiral wraps, soft and quiet in high-vibration use, cut and abrasion resistant, chemically inert, halogen-free, retaining shape and rigidity, and having a temperature range from -75°C to 125°C with a melt temp of 230°C.

Using this Techflex F6 self-wrap sleeve is easy. First, open up the lateral split of the sleeve. Then, place your cables or items that need bundling inside the sleeve. The semi-rigid braid will naturally close around them without needing any tape or Velcro. When it comes to cutting the sleeve to the right length, you can use a sharp pair of scissors. Just make sure to cut straight for a clean edge. For maintenance, this sleeve is pretty low - maintenance. You can wipe it down with a dry or slightly damp cloth if it gets dirty. It's important to note that although it can withstand a wide temperature range from -75°C to 125°C, don't expose it to temperatures above its melt point of 230°C. Also, avoid using harsh chemicals on it as it might damage the material since it's chemically inert. With proper use and care, this sleeve will serve you well for a long time.
