Product Description

The SurgeX SX - AX20E Axess ELITE is an all - in - one power management system. It offers remote access and control of the power consumed by connected devices. With this system, you can switch devices between different power modes, each tailored to device performance and power usage. This helps technicians manage installations remotely and reduces service calls. Key features include IP - enabled two - way communication, real - time power and energy usage display, collection of rack temperature, voltage, and current draw measurements, a log file for advanced monitoring, non - sacrificial components, advanced series mode surge elimination technology, an impedance - tolerant EMI/RFI filter, COUVS catastrophic over/under voltage shutdown, SurgeX ICE inrush current elimination, and a magnetic shielding steel enclosure. Technical specs: It comes with a 20A / 120V 9 - foot cord, 8 outlets (6 of 5 - 15R and 2 of 5 - 20R), and is designed for 1RU racks.

Using the SurgeX SX - AX20E Axess ELITE is easy. First, connect your devices to the appropriate outlets. The 5 - 15R outlets are for standard devices, while the 5 - 20R are for higher - power ones. Plug the 9 - foot cord into a suitable power source. Once connected, you can start monitoring power usage and controlling your devices remotely. Remember to keep the unit in a well - ventilated area as it collects rack temperature. Avoid overloading the outlets. For maintenance, check the log file regularly to spot any issues early. Wipe the magnetic shielding steel enclosure with a dry cloth occasionally to keep it clean. If you notice any abnormal power readings or device behavior, contact technical support.
