Product Description

SurgeX SEQ-1U 8 Receptacle Sequencing Surge Protector and Power Conditioning Device, 1RU, 120V/20A

When you need to power up or down electronic equipment in a specific order instead of all at once, sequencing is crucial. Using the SurgeX SEQ-1U is easy. First, connect the 9 - foot grounded 3 - wire cord to a suitable power source. Then, plug your electronic devices into the receptacles. You can use the three sets of four sequenced receptacles when you need to power your devices in a specific order, and the two always - on receptacles for devices that need continuous power. If you want to control other SurgeX products or connect multiple SEQ sequencers, you can do so as described in the features. When setting up the device, don't worry about losing your configuration as it's stored in non - volatile memory. As for maintenance, keep the device in a dry and cool place. Wipe the magnetic shielding steel enclosure regularly to prevent dust buildup. And always check the LCD screen for any error messages or important information. Be careful not to overload the device with more power than its 20A/120V rating.
